Hi--- I'm Colene, and I created Career Catalyst because I want you to love what you do, meaning love your work and love your life! I believe we all have something to offer the world, and I want to help you figure it out!
Several years into my own career, I loved the work I was doing, but felt like something was missing. I just didn't know how to figure out what to do, or how to do it. I felt like I was happy (enough) but knew I had so much more to offer. I'd randomly apply for jobs, that I knew I didn't want, and then wonder why I had wasted the time. Here I was, working in HR and doing all the wrong things. YIKES!
It's lonely out there when you're trying to figure it all out on your own... I cried so many times out of frustration, anger, impatience, lack of direction... you name it... I shed some tear over it.
That's when I started to do the work... the soul-searching and planning, and prepping I knew I needed to make a shift in my career and my life to take me to new heights. I don't say that to be cliche'. I truly could not have imagined what would happen when I started getting absolutely real with myself, examined my skills, and figured out who I wanted to be in my career. This is the journey I want to invite you to take, with me as your guide... You don't have to do it all on your own.

In order to understand your career path. Our first few weeks on this journey, we'll explore who you are at your core, what you want from this one amazing life you get to live, and what's currently holding you back from finding your career calling. I know it sounds a little overwhelming, but I promise you, this is some good stuff.
After we get to work on you, we'll then get into the logistics of job-searching including, resume' building, cover letters, networking and more. This program is soul and strategy all rolled into one fun and life-changing experience.
